My Life-Style Makeover program transforms not only your look, but your mindset, focus, behavior, habits, social conscious and ones hormones. This programs detail is unmatched!
All tracking systems which include thermal imagery scanning, topical layer scanning and more to give a much more detail emphasis and focus on what progression really is! Gives us the general break down from what the weight is actually doing from each grade!
Meal prep will be provided for 5 days each week of the program. Lunch and dinner! Breakfast and snack options ideas will be giving but will not be prepared for sanitary storing reasons. 10 to 15 meals will be offered for each client that is on the 60,90 and VIP program.
Grocery list will be given for the weeks or days that the client is actually not on meal prepping to challenge the client to take charge of their health and focuses and also build the habits of a healthier lifestyle!
Nutritional academic breakdown summary will be given to give insight and information on Exactly each compound that one is taking in and the benefit, quality, use and breakdown of each for knowledge!
Smoothie regimen will be a must for nutritional healing as well as snack options! It’s a unique focus that allows the body to adapt to nutrient delivery and intake digestive wise!
Complete supplementation stack will be given for daily consumption of supplementation and balances nutritional health! Some of us can not get everything from food contingent upon intake access, allergies , and etc.
Daily check ins, weekly follow ups will be a must via zoom or face to face. We have to uniquely watch how the body is responding to the food, regimens. Supplements and program most importantly!
